General Dentist Locum Tenens Opportunity in Peoria, IL

We are seeking a Dentist (DMD/DDS) for a locum tenens opportunity in Peoria, IL. This opportunity allows a dentist to practice comprehensive general dentistry with a supportive clinical team and a steady patient workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with including but not limited to surgical extractions, denture steps, digital dentures, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Dates: Dec 21-24, 28-31
Schedule: Mon-Wed 8a-5:30p, Dec 24 7a-1p, Dec 31 7a-3p

Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour

Clinical Scope

Including but not limited to: Surgical extractions, Denture steps/ Digital dentures, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning
Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth.

Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.

Support Staff

1 RDH, 4 DA

Requirements

Active Illinois dental license
Active DEA with all schedules
CSR if required by the state
Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
