We offer a supportive work environment, competitive compensation, and ample opportunities for professional growth and development.LPN Job Details:Pay Range – $32 - $38 per hourSchedule - Every Sunday, Tuesday & Wednesday 8am-8pmLocation – Amira Choice Arvado, CoLPN Benefits:401 (k) MatchExcellent and affordable health care benefitsPaid Vacation TimePaid Sick TimeFloating HolidaysFree meal for all employees per shiftTuition Discount OpportunitiesLPN Responsibilities:Assures residents maintain admission criteria, monitor, and recommend alternative placement if necessary.Assures residents have up to date care plans per state regulationsMonitors and maintains resident charts and clinical progress notes.Communicates to physicians, staff and family changes in resident's needs or conditions.Facilitates coordination of resident services with other service providers.Oversees medications and renewals and any necessary follow-up with physicians about medications and/or medical conditions.Assures that medication administration procedures are followed properly and discusses any needed corrections, errors, etc., with staff.Communicates in resident's log any information that staff need to be aware of.Provides alternating supervisory visits in coordination with the RN.Works as a team player with all members of the residents' care team.Supervises medication practices and medical equipment being used in the building.Assures that staff clearly understand and follow all resident care procedures.Shares resident and family concerns with pertinent staff if appropriate.Works with manager to assure emergency procedures are in placeLPN Qualifications:Maintains a current state license as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) per state regulationsA minimum of one year's experience in home health, assisted living or long-term care is preferredGood organizational skills with the ability to self-start and follow through with initiatives with a minimal amount of supervisionExhibits a caring heart with a passion to care for the elderlyJoin Us Today!If you are ready to take the next step in your career and make a positive impact in the lives of others, we want to hear from you!
