Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role: Digital Marketing Specialist We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, drive user engagement, and generate qualified leads. In this role, you will act as a vital link between creative strategy, content creation, and data analytics to maximize ROI across digital channels. Core Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, email, and display channels. Content & SEO Strategy: Develop engaging web and social content while executing SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and search rankings. Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track ROI, and generate regular performance reports using Google Analytics and marketing attribution tools. Lead Generation & Email Marketing: Build and manage targeted email workflows, lead nurture funnels, and customer retention strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, product, sales, and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and timely campaign launches. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Required). Experience: 0–5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or performance marketing environments. Skills (Required): Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills. Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Search Console) and CRM/Email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation and reporting. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
