The duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Assist Attorney with all aspects of case management, including deadlines and providing reminders as necessary.
• Managing clients‘ caseloads
• Organizing clients’ files and cases
• Keeping the Case management system (MYCASE) up to date with any work performed and client contact
• Preparing and filing client applications, packets, and court documents
• Discussing clients’ cases with clients ( without providing legal advice)
• Contacting clients to obtain documents to complete their files
• Updating clients about their case status
• Completing duties as assigned by the Attorney
• Answering client inquiries regarding their case status that do not involve providing legal advice
• Communicating any outstanding issues with the Attorney and Office Manager to resolve client concerns
