Quality Control Technician II

- Conduct quality inspections on finished products.
- Perform testing on units to ensure compliance with company standards and product specifications.
- Perform small repairs as needed.
- Record and report findings, including defects, non-conformances, or deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and identify corrective actions.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to confirm accuracy and reliability.
- Review and approve product batches based on inspection and test results.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding quality control.
- Provide feedback and training to staff on quality control practices.
- Assist with the development and implementation of quality standards and guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Knowledge of quality management systems.
- Strong understanding of testing methods, measurement systems, and inspection techniques.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience with industry standard quality control equipment and related processes is required.
- Preferably, 1-2 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
