Role Qualifications:

• Active RN license (or ability to obtain) in Montana.
• Acute care experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Direct patient care in acute care, monitoring and assessing patient conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to all safety and compliance protocols.
• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
