PACU Nurse

Mid-America Surgery Institute seeks a PRN PACU Nurse to provide high-quality pre- and post-anesthesia care in a specialized ambulatory surgery center. In this role, you will monitor patients recovering from anesthesia, manage pain and hemodynamic status, and ensure safe, efficient same-day discharges. You’ll collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff in a modern, well-equipped environment focused on patient safety, comfort, and clinical excellence. Ideal candidates bring strong critical-thinking skills, PACU or critical care experience, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-first care and continuous quality improvement.
