Inside Sales - HVAC (Entry Level)

Inside Sales Associate

At Famous Supply, our Inside Sales Associates provide friendly, reliable service to customers over the phone the Famous Way. In this role, you'll help contractors get the materials they need, where and when they need them, so they can keep their projects moving.

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who is eager to learn and grow. Whether you already have industry experience or are just starting out, we'll provide training and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Learn about customer needs and recommend products and solutions
• Process customer orders and help schedule deliveries
• Assist with managing open orders and customer quotes/bids
• Support the branch team as needed, including helping at the counter

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn about HVAC products and the industry
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude and reliability

HVAC experience is helpful, but not required we're happy to train the right candidate who is motivated to learn.
