Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and web
- Build relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right products or services
- Process orders, prepare quotes, and follow up on pending opportunities
- Collaborate with outside sales and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with phone and email outreach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
