Miracle Motors in Chandler is GROWING, and we're looking for hungry, competitive sales professionals who want a high-income opportunity and the chance to grow with us.

This is NOT a position for someone looking to simply clock in and collect a paycheck.

We want people who are hungry, coachable, competitive, and motivated by the opportunity to earn serious income based on their performance.

AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED.

Great salespeople come from everywhere. If you have experience in wireless sales, furniture, hospitality, fitness, retail, solar, insurance, customer service, door-to-door sales, or another competitive environment, we want to talk to you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Respond quickly to fresh internet leads by phone, text, and email
• Turn online inquiries into appointments and showroom traffic
• Consistently follow up with customers who haven't purchased yet
• Assist customers with selecting and purchasing vehicles
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Work directly with management to structure and close deals
• Build repeat and referral business
• Maintain strong daily activity and sales goals
• Learn and follow our proven sales process

Miracle Motors is a rapidly growing pre-owned automotive dealership located in Chandler, Arizona. In May 2026, we took a major step forward by moving into our new 40,000 sq. ft. indoor facility, creating a unique car-buying and working environment unlike the traditional dealership experience.

We are a newer company with big goals and a strong focus on growth, customer experience, and building a winning team. Our entire inventory and sales operation is indoors, giving both our customers and employees the ability to shop and work comfortably year-round: especially during the Arizona summer.

We also believe you shouldn't have to give up your entire life to build a successful career in the automotive industry. Miracle Motors operates from 9 AM–7 PM and is closed every Sunday, offering hours that are difficult to find in the car business.
