WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Sales Consultant or Internet Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for turning opportunities into customers and customers into long-term relationships.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Working showroom, internet, phone, text, and chat opportunities
• Responding quickly and professionally to new leads
• Building rapport and uncovering customer needs
• Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments
• Conducting vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
• Following up with unsold prospects and previous customers
• Presenting vehicle pricing, trade values, financing, and ownership options
• Maintaining detailed customer activity in the CRM
• Delivering an exceptional experience from first contact through delivery
• Consistently working toward and exceeding sales goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Automotive dealership sales experience is strongly preferred.

We're looking for professionals who are:

• Experienced in automotive sales and/or internet sales
• Comfortable working internet leads and CRM systems
• Strong communicators and confident closers
• Persistent with follow-up
• Competitive and motivated by income
• Comfortable using technology and dealership systems

DealerSocket experience is a plus.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
