Leasing Specialist | The Collier CompaniesThis is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies’ community offices in Ocala, which offers abundant horse farms, the Ocala National Forest, and many natural springs and experiences. It is home to the Silver Springs and the World Equestrian Center. Ocala is home to some of the top tourist attractions in Florida.As a Leasing Specialist, you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. You love interacting with all types of people and have a passion for creating unique experiences.A Leasing Specialist is charged with creating positive experiences for potential residents, following up on leads, and closing lease agreements with those potential residents.
