As a Solutions Specialist, you'll partner with business leaders to rapidly develop modern applications, automations, and data solutions that drive operational excellence and support BrightShore's continued growth.Position Summary The Solutions Specialist is responsible for identifying business challenges and rapidly developing practical technology solutions that improve efficiency, automate manual work, and enhance the experience of employees, borrowers, clients, and business partners. This role is designed for an individual with exceptional curiosity, strong technical aptitude, and a passion for building solutions rather than simply maintaining systems.Working closely with business leaders across the organization, the Solutions Specialist translates operational needs into modern applications, dashboards, automations, integrations, and user experiences. Projects may include developing web-based interfaces, creating internal applications, building dashboards and business intelligence reporting, writing SQL queries, developing Python-based utilities, integrating APIs, implementing AI-driven workflows, and leveraging low-code or automation platforms to accelerate delivery. Success is measured by solving business problems quickly, accurately, and sustainablynot by the specific technology used.This position embraces a rapid development philosophy where ideas move from concept to deployment in days rather than months.
