Nursing Home Scheduler

East Ridge Village is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidates must be devoted and compassionate about their chosen careers. The Administrative Assistant/Scheduler will have experience working with individuals with dementia, have a highly enthusiastic personality, and be able to develop creative activities for our residents. Responsibilities of Scheduler: Conducts and/or assists with assignments and assigned activity groups Maintain resident files, place proper documentation in each resident medical record Fill out and provide medical record requests Create and ensure a maintained nursing schedule Track agency usage Keep track of call offs for each department Projects a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents/clients, co-workers, public Qualifactions: Experience in Long Term Care/Health care (2 years minimum) 2 years experience scheduling or in activities #J-18808-Ljbffr East Ridge at Cutler Bay
