Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:


- Deliver coordinated nursing care to your assigned patients, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Supervise and guide nursing staff while collaborating with other healthcare disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment in patient assessments and care plans.
- Collect and analyze patient health data to develop and implement effective care strategies.


Essential Functions:


- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to create a safe, compassionate environment.
- Facilitate learning opportunities for patients and family members.
- Take part in discharge planning for continuous care.
- Delegate tasks effectively among healthcare team members.
- Perform other related duties as needed.

Job Requirements:


- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Experience in an acute care facility: Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification: Required


Additional Information:


- Night Shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Guaranteed hours: 36.00
- Contract weeks: 91
- Must have EPIC experience.
