Prsentation du contexte de travail
Avec un budget de 130 M et prs de 5000 personnes rparties entre les personnels administratifs et techniques, le sapeurs-
pompiers volontaires et professionnels, le SDIS 44 comprend 95 sites rpartis sur le territoire de la Loire-Atlantique. Le SDIS 44
effectue environ 78000 interventions par an.
Poste organis de la faon suivante :
- Agent de gestion administrative oprations/prvision Nord = 70 %
- Agent de soutien administratif aux CIS groupement nord = 30 %
Mission / Raison dtre du poste
Au titre des fonctions dagent(e) de gestion administrative oprations/prvision :
L'agent(e) de gestion recueille et traite les informations ncessaires au fonctionnement administratif du service. Il/elle suit et gre
les dossiers selon l'organisation et ses comptences. Il/elle assiste galement les membres de l'quipe dans l'organisation du travail.
Au titre des fonctions dagent(e) de soutien administratif aux CIS groupement Nord :
Lagent(e) de soutien administratif aux CIS accompagne les structures volontaires dans les tches administratives qui leur
incombent. Dans les domaines fonctionnels dintervention concerns, il / elle contribue la monte en comptences et en
autonomie des CIS volontaires, et plus particulirement des chefs de CIS et de leurs adjoints. Intervenant au sein dun rseau de
soutien aux CIS anim par lassistant(e) de groupement, lagent(e) de soutien administratif aux CIS peut se voir confis le suivi et le
traitement administratif de certaines activits au profit des CIS, en fonction des besoins exprims. Par sa connaissance de
ltablissement, en lien troit avec lassistant(e) de groupement, il / elle constitue un interlocuteur ressource privilgi permettant
dapporter des rponses de 1er niveau aux interrogations des CIS. Il / elle contribue au partage des pratiques et des connaissances
entre les CIS du GT.
- Exprience dans une fonction dassistant(e) administrative fortement apprcie ;
Comptences spcifiques - Comprhension du fonctionnement des SDIS apprcie ;
recherches - Utilisation du pack office niveau oprationnel attendu ;
- Capacit formuler des propositions pour faire avancer les problmatiques ;

Nord : Relationnelles et sociales :
- Diffuser et actualiser les connaissances de lencadrement du CIS en matire - Aisance relationnelle ;
de gestion administrative, dans le but de favoriser lautonomie ; - Capacit communiquer ;
- Ralisation de tches administratives en fonction des besoins exprims par - Esprit dquipe.
les chefs de CIS ;
- Prise en charge des sollicitations des chefs de centre (rgulation et Dadaptation :
- Autonomie ;
orientation des demandes) ;
- Accompagnement et assistance lutilisation des applicatifs fonctionnels ; - Esprit dinitiative ;
- Ractivit.
- Soutien lorganisation dun vnement dpartemental ou local.
