Qualifications Multi-tasking ability with strong data entry skills Solid mathematical aptitude Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail Strong written and oral communication skills Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an accounting role Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel Basic understanding of accounting principles, credit practices, and collection regulations Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills Ability to thrive under pressure and work effectively in a team environment Nice-to-Have Skills Experience processing invoices through third-party billing portals Familiarity with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and invoicing procedures Preferred Education and Experience College degree in Accounting or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
