As a Server Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the restaurant team, maintaining an inviting dining room, and helping ensure every guest receives attentive, genuine hospitality.

What You'll Do

• Deliver food, beverages, bread, water, and accompaniments accurately and efficiently
• Assist with table maintenance by clearing, resetting, and refreshing tables throughout service
• Support servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
• Prepare and maintain service stations before, during, and after meal periods
• Complete opening, closing, and side work to keep the restaurant organized and service-ready
• Assist with beverage preparation, takeout orders, and guest requests as needed
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room
• Assist with seating guests and answering phones when needed
• Communicate professionally with guests and teammates to support exceptional service
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout each shift
• Lift and carry up to 40 pounds safely and repeatedly
• Bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and move quickly throughout the restaurant
• Work comfortably in a busy, fast-paced dining environment
