About the Role
The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President to oversee a multi-market portfolio in the New York market and surrounding regions. This pivotal role demands a hands-on, results-oriented leader with a proven track record in multi-unit or multi-market operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, and leadership development across multiple markets, ensuring each operates with high efficiency, profitability, and accountability. Strategic leadership and field-based execution oversight are key, as is the ability to work closely with senior leadership to align company strategy with measurable results. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' progressive leadership experience in multi-unit or multi-market operations, with a strong background in managing full P&L responsibility for portfolios of $20M–$60M+. The role requires a leader with strong financial acumen, a demonstrated ability to drive operational performance, and experience in building accountability-driven cultures and high-performing leadership teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in industries such as waste management, environmental services, logistics, home services, or route-based operations, and a proven track record of improving EBITDA and operational efficiency. Strong executive communication skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a willingness to travel regularly across the assigned markets are essential.
