Cleaning Technician (W-2 Employee)

$17 - $18 per hour

Job Description

Actualmente estamos buscando un técnico de limpieza para que se una a nuestro equipo como empleado W-2. Su principal responsabilidad será garantizar que los locales comerciales y residenciales se mantengan limpios y ordenados. Esto implicará realizar tareas de limpieza pesadas, como limpiar pisos, tareas de mantenimiento de rutina, como barrer, trapear, quitar el polvo y pulir, así como organizar los armarios y espacios de limpieza. También se le pedirá que mantenga el equipo de limpieza en buenas condiciones, limpie y desinfecte los baños, vacíe los contenedores de basura, limpie las superficies de vidrio y ayude con proyectos de limpieza especiales según sea necesario.

Para ser considerado para este puesto, debe tener experiencia previa en trabajos de limpieza, ser capaz de manejar una carga de trabajo física, tener una gran atención a los detalles, estar autorizado para trabajar en los EE. UU., aprobar una verificación de antecedentes, tener un automóvil y una licencia de conducir, y tener un teléfono celular con datos.

Este es un puesto de tiempo parcial o completo con horas esperadas que van desde 25 a 30 horas por semana. Se le pagará entre $17.00 y $18.00 por hora y tendrá acceso a un horario flexible, así como a compensación para trabajadores y seguro complementario de Aflac. El horario constará de turnos de 4 horas, turnos de 8 horas y turnos diurnos, y también tendrá la oportunidad de ganar un salario complementario a través de oportunidades de bonificación, pago de comisiones y propinas.

Responsabilidades:

Mantener los edificios en condiciones limpias y ordenadas.
Realizar tareas de limpieza pesadas, como limpiar pisos y lavar alfombras con champú.
Realizar tareas de mantenimiento de rutina, como barrer, trapear, quitar el polvo y pulir.
Organizar los armarios y espacios de limpieza.
Mantener en condiciones de funcionamiento el equipo de limpieza.
Limpiar y desinfectar los baños.
Vaciar los contenedores de basura.
Limpiar las superficies de vidrio.
Ayudar con proyectos de limpieza especiales según sea necesario.

Requisitos:

Experiencia previa en trabajos de limpieza de limpieza.
Capacidad para manejar la carga de trabajo física.
Gran atención a los detalles.
Debe estar autorizado para trabajar en los EE. UU.
Debe pasar una verificación de antecedentes.
Debe tener un automóvil y una licencia de conducir.
Debe tener un teléfono celular con datos.
