Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Overview We are seeking experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join UPMC‑GoHealth Urgent Care in the greater Pittsburgh area and across Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The role involves providing urgent care services in our state‑of‑the‑art centers, collaborating with a clinical team, and delivering high‑quality patient care. What We Offer Sign‑On Bonus up to $15,000 for full time and $7,500 for part time. Scheduling flexibility to accommodate vacations and wellness days, Monday through Friday. Weekend shifts and limited on‑call availability required. Work in clean, quiet, well‑maintained centers equipped with EPIC EMR, POC testing, and on‑site X‑ray. Collaborate with on‑site radiology technician and medical assistants as a clinical team leader. Opportunity to work in multiple centers with a primary anchor/home center and nearby secondary centers. Minimum Qualifications One year full‑time experience in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting, or two years in family medicine. Experience with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.) and preliminary reading of EKGs and X‑rays. Experience treating patients across all ages in an acute care setting. Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA certification required. Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and ANCC or AANP certification required.
