Job ID: 10438960 | Amazon.com Services LLC Key Responsibilities Lead a team of hourly workforce and engage them during their shifts to maintain high safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce. Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Collaborate with support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives. Perform physical requirements such as lifting up to 49 lbs, frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, standing or walking for up to 12 hours, and working in varying noise levels, temperatures, and weather conditions; climb stairs where applicable. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of employee and performance management experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience. Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience. Benefits The base salary range for this position is $77,000.00 - $100,000.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
