Experience: 2 years required; first-timers not accepted; Level 1 Trauma experience required; sterilization, decontamination, and assembly/wrap SPT experience required 2. Cases: Neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, ortho, transplant, GYN preferred 3. Certifications: CBSPD and/or HSPA (IAHCSMM) required; BLS not required; must hold CBSPD, IAHCSMM/HSPA, SBSPD, or IAHCSMM/HSPA per job requirements 4. License: Not specified 5.
