The Role

We are seeking a Bathroom and Remodeling Tech who takes genuine pride in their work and understands that a detail-oriented mindset is what sets a project apart.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute full and partial bathroom remodels from demolition to final walk-through across local job sites.
• Perform skilled labor across multiple trades, including:
• • Tile setting (floors, backsplashes, custom shower pans, and surrounds)
  • Basic plumbing hookups (vanities, toilets, trim sets)
  • Drywall patching, mudding, and finishing
  • Cabinet, vanity, trim, and hardware installation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site out of respect for our clients' homes.
• Keep projects running on schedule without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in bathroom remodeling or residential construction preferred.
• Detail-Oriented: High standards for your own work—you take pride in clean grout lines, level fixtures, flush joints, and top-tier finish work.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to travel to job sites in and around the Ladson area.
• Tools & Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and equipped with your personal hand tools / all larger equipment will be provided by company
• Communication: Professional and courteous when interacting with homeowners and team members.
