Physical Therapist Floater ? Full-Time
Home Care & Outpatient | $48?$52/Hour

Monday?Friday | 40 Hours/Week | NO Weekends

Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is looking for a Full-Time PT Floater to join our Continuum of Care team, providing both home care and outpatient therapy within Alden Assisted Living and Independent Living communities.

Flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM?6:00 PM

Home care + outpatient variety

Follow patients from evaluation through discharge

Paid travel time between visits

Mileage reimbursement

$200 monthly gas allowance

Supportive, therapist-led team

Medical, dental & vision insurance

Employer-paid life & short-term disability

401(k)

15 PTO days + 6 paid holidays

$200 toward CEUs/licensure every 2 years

What You?ll Do:

Provide PT services in Alden Assisted Living and Independent Living communities

Deliver individualized, patient-centered care

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team

Document home care in Homecare Homebase and outpatient services in TheraOffice
