Maintenance Tech – Genesis Health Clubs (Tri-State Athletic Club | Evansville, IN) Base Salary: $55,000+ per year (Higher compensation available for commercial HVAC certifications and advanced mechanical experience). Full-Time | Single Facility Oversight. Lead Operations at One of Evansville’s Premier Athletic Clubs. Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a highly skilled, hands‑on Maintenance Director to oversee all facility maintenance operations at our Tri‑State Athletic Club in Evansville, IN . This is a leadership role with full ownership of the facility’s mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and structural systems. While there is no dedicated maintenance team to manage, you will oversee and coordinate cleaning staff while personally executing and managing maintenance tasks across the club.
