Auto Dealer Customer Service Call Center Representative Overview Ted Britt Automotive Group is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Call Center Representative to join our Customer Care team. This role supports customers by answering calls, scheduling appointments, and delivering a positive dealership experience. Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls and schedule appointments accurately. Make outbound calls to customers to confirm appointments, recall notifications and customer service follow ups. Always provide a positive and helpful experience to every customer. Route calls to correct departments when needed. Requirements Strong communication skills over the phone and in writing. Proficiency in computer scheduling. Reliable, punctual and team oriented. Prior customer service experience a plus. ADA Essential Duties Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to operate phones, headsets, and computer systems. Ability to communicate clearly by phone and electronically. Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
