Project Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Scheduler to support project planning and execution. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules while collaborating closely with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera (P6) software (required) Support all phases of the project lifecycle through effective planning, scheduling, and coordination Apply project controls methodologies, including schedule analysis, tracking, and reporting Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend solutions to maintain schedule integrity Communicate project timelines, updates, and risks clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organization Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines Provide scheduling leadership and take initiative in support of Project Managers when needed Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in project scheduling Demonstrated expertise in Primavera (P6) scheduling tools (required) Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and lifecycle phases Knowledge of project scheduling techniques and project controls processes Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access #J-18808-Ljbffr
