Newrez is recruiting an REO Asset Manager in Coppell, TX to oversee liquidation of investor-owned properties via direct broker relationships. You will manage a portfolio of 125-175 REO assets and coordinate with brokers, assess asset condition and value, and control related selling costs. In collaboration with the REO Closing Team, you will implement marketing strategies, monitor market changes, and defend asset management approaches to clients and leadership while ensuring timely closings and #J-18808-Ljbffr Newrez
