Location: Lake Mary, FL Schedule: Full time (Mon-Fri) Setting: Clinic based

Job Summary:

We are seeking a BCBA to manage cases, develop individualized behavioral programs, analyze data, and collaborate with families and therapy teams. The role includes conducting assessments, supervising staff, and ensuring effective, compliant care for children with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned cases, including communication with parents, caregivers, and therapy teams
• Design and implement individualized acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, EFL) and prepare periodic reports
• Collect, analyze, and graph client data; ensure accurate documentation
• Lead therapy sessions and support daily living skill development
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with data collection and program implementation
• Develop training materials and participate in team meetings
• Ensure adherence to BACB guidelines and organizational policies

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (MA/MS) in Psychology or related field

• BCBA certification required

• Experience developing and implementing behavioral programs for individuals with developmental disabilities

• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and graphing

• Ability to assess functional behavior and design effective programs

• Excellent communication skills for working with parents and caregivers

• Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
