Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 5+ years of experience including Level 2 NICU for a day shift position with rotating call and weekends.
Details
- Provide respiratory care and diagnostic procedures for cardiopulmonary patients of all ages and acuity levels, including Level 2 NICU
- Work 3x 12-hour day shifts with rotating call and weekends
- 13-week assignment
Requirements
- Active Colorado Registered Respiratory Therapist license (DORA) required if applicable
- NBRC RRT certification required; CRT not considered
- Completion of an approved Respiratory Therapy Program
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
- Minimum 5 years of RT experience required
- Strong critical care and ventilator skills and experience required
- Neonatal and pediatric experience required, including Level 2 NICU
- Current flu vaccination required October 1 through April 1 with no exemptions
Additional Information
- Experienced travelers only; first-time travel assignments not considered
- Radius rule requires permanent address at least 75 miles from the facility; local candidates not eligible
- Guaranteed hours do not apply on holidays
