Technical Onboarding Manager

Partnering with customers throughout their onboarding journey, the full-time Technical Onboarding Manager will leverage healthcare experience and EHR knowledge to guide clients in achieving integration goals and successfully launching their first integrations in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Manage multiple customer onboarding projects, ensuring technical and operational readiness for integration Provide training and troubleshooting support as customers develop against the API and create integration documentation Collaborate with internal teams to maintain customer success plans and manage escalations effectively Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role within Healthcare IT or EHR implementation Hands-on experience with healthcare integration standards such as HL7v2, FHIR, and modern APIs Deep understanding of clinical workflows and experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Proven ability to manage multiple software projects concurrently from start to finish Self-driven work ethic with a high degree of autonomy and initiative
