Job Description

We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise team of retail store clerks
Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
Train and evaluate employees
Place inventory orders from supplier
Complete daily paperwork and make deposits
Maintain reports for proper inventory accuracy
Work register and maintain customer service with customers
Resolve escalated customer complaints

Qualifications:

Previous management experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong leadership qualities

Discount Tobacco Outlets is a locally owned chain of cigarette and tobacco stores in central and south Alabama. FinnWay Express is a locally owned chain of convenience stores in southeast Alabama. We have been in business since 2001. We are looking for someone to lead the day to day operations of our retail stores. Must have management experience, preferably in the convenience store business or another retail sector. Applicants need to be goal oriented able to manage employees and store.
