Assistant Director, Day Habilitation & Programs Operations

SCO Family of Services

SCO Family of Services in the Town of Islip is seeking a qualified leader to oversee programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities. This role requires strong management skills, a Bachelor’s Degree, and a minimum of 2 years experience in similar programs. The successful candidate will provide oversight, manage staff development, and ensure compliance with regulations while fostering supportive relationships with staff and families.
