Business Development Manager - LatAm

Counting down to Tech Race Summit in Warsaw. SOFTSWISS is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Latin America. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our presence in the region, building strong B2B relationships, and driving the growth of our acclaimed Sportsbook product. Purpose of the role: You’ll drive commercial growth across LatAm markets by building and converting a strong B2B sales pipeline for our iGaming product ecosystem. Your work will impact regional revenue, market positioning, and long-term partnerships by securing new operators and establishing SOFTSWISS as a trusted industry partner in LatAm. Key responsibilities: Drive the business for iGaming Platform, Sportsbook, aggregators, bringing in new B2B clients and partners with high potential from around the globe. Actively reach out to potential B2B clients and pitch them our vision (mostly offline, butalso online). Identify and develop new opportunities for the product, such as new markets, features or product supply packages. Help communicate our product’s benefits and success stories to the broader market. Required Experience: 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales position with expertise in outbound/account-based sales. Expertise in iGaming industry and experience working with iGaming Platform, Sportsbook, and aggregators. Fluency in English, Spanish or Portuguese (C1 level). Stellar negotiation and networking skills. Well-developed prioritising and time management skills. Good understanding of product development lifecycle and process management. Open-mindedness and tendency to thrive in a team environment.
