Your team trusts you — and you trust them. What You Bring To The Team 5–10+ years of leadership experience where you’ve led teams and delivered results. Experience managing a store or large department — retail preferred but not required. You’ve grown from the inside — promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a big plus. Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity store environments. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Frequently move across the sales floor directing associates and assisting customers, as well as to and from the stockroom retrieving and putting away merchandise Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25lbs and place/move merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet Ability to operate equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, and handheld devices Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform all essential job functions in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws #J-18808-Ljbffr Five Below
