Human Resources Administrator :: Dover, NJ 07081 (Onsite) We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for providing administrative support across multiple HR functions, including employee records management, payroll support, onboarding, compliance, training administration, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, maintains strict confidentiality, and thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment. What You’ll Do Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources department, including scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, and maintaining employee records. Manage onboarding and offboarding documentation, including new hire binders, termination paperwork, I-9 verification, background checks, and compliance records. Maintain HR databases and personnel files, scan and archive documents, and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Track employee training, maintain training records, and support compliance initiatives using internal HR systems. Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and process payroll in the absence of the Payroll Administrator. Coordinate employee recognition programs, service awards, engagement events, and company-wide meetings. Update workforce management systems, order office supplies, and support special HR projects as assigned. Handle confidential employee information with professionalism while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience handling confidential information. At least 1 year of payroll experience. Previous Human Resources experience is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience using HR or payroll systems. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize work, adapt to changing business needs, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting onboarding, employee records management, payroll administration, training coordination, or HR compliance is highly desirable.
