Human Resources Admin (Onboarding)
Location: Edison, New Jersey Compensation: $22-$24.00 per hour Work Model: Onsite 8am to 5pm Permanent Full Time with Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Document and track the onboarding of new employees
- Communicate with new employees to ensure all pre-employment documentation is completed
- Confirm with employees that all pre-employment screenings (background check and drug test) are completed
- Coordinate and confirm start dates with our clients and internal team
- Contractor assignment management
- Offboarding of employees
- Onboarding admin tasks supporting department operations
Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent
- Proficient with office technology including the Microsoft suite of products (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- 2-5 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment
- Experience with human resources-related functions
- Demonstrated critical thinking ability
- Must be available to work in our Edison, NJ office on a full-time basis (5 days per week)
