Physical Therapist

Job Title: Physical Therapist

Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (subject to vary by an hour or so)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of current Outpatient Physical Therapist experience required. License: Active Physical Therapy license required. Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS required. Must-Have: 1. Physical Therapist skills checklist documentation 2. Supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment

Description: Start date is ASAP, pending compliance. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Licenses and certifications must be current at the time of submission. A permanent address must be included in the submission file. Preferred candidates will have previous travel experience.
