Final compensation packages and confirmed hours will be discussed during the hiring process. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic CT studies and radiographic exams as requested, with or without IV contrast when indicated. Operate CT and radiographic equipment, maintain image quality, and ensure correct patient positioning per procedure guidelines. Provide clear instructions to patients to reduce anxiety and improve cooperation during imaging procedures. Maintain radiation safety for self, patients, and staff through appropriate shielding, collimation, and technique. Demonstrate competency in two modalities (CT and radiology) and maintain proficiency in RIS and PACS systems for exam entry and data management. Adhere to infection control practices and Universal Precautions; participate in required QC activities; respond flexibly to emergencies and holiday coverage as scheduled. Requirements ARRT certification required New York State license required Minimum 1 year CT Tech experience with solid Radiologic Tech/X-ray experience, or C-Arm experience; Siemens experience preferred. Ability to perform CT and radiographic studies across body regions (brain, thorax, abdomen, pelvis, spine, facial, extremities) and to work with various patient populations. Proficient in RIS and PACS usage; comfortable documenting and editing patient exams and charges. Ability to work in an environment requiring adaptability to infant, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
