Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment & Labor Senior Attorney in Los Angeles, California. Duties Independently manage a litigation caseload from start to finish. Represent clients in various employment and labor claims. Collaborate with other attorneys and partners on legal projects. Handle court appearances and depositions regularly. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Requirements JD from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice in the State of California. 7+ years of litigation experience. Experience with wage and hour class action and PAGA representative matters. Strong knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Legal project management experience is helpful. Trial experience is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in California. Skills Strong litigation and case management skills.
