2026-2027 FWS Student Worker, University Development - Advancement Ambassador

Job Description Summary The Advancement Ambassador will serve a key supportive role for the advancement areas of the division of University Advancement, Office of Engagement & Events. These areas include Advancement Services, Development, and Alumni Engagement & Events. DUTIES AND TASKS: Conduct phone calls to support donor renewal solicitation and donor stewardship plans Create and participate in video messages to support donor stewardship plans Monitor requests received through alumni engagement and sustained giving department email and phone line Conduct campus tours as needed Assist with preparation and day-of needs for meetings of the Alumni Ambassador Volunteer and College Industry Councils Assist with preparation and day-of needs for alumni, donor, and community events Support needs across the division including filing, scanning, and other office tasks REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Federal work-study required Must be a student enrolled at Saint Leo University ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics described here are a representation of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
