Role Description This full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role is based in Eagle Point, OR. The Occupational Therapist will assess patients’ functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve daily living, work, and school-related skills. Responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, documenting progress, educating patients and families on therapeutic strategies, and adjusting treatment plans as needed. The role may involve working with a range of populations, including children and adults, in clinical, educational, or community-based settings. The Occupational Therapist will also ensure compliance with professional standards, organizational policies, and relevant regulations. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and deliver individualized treatment plans. Solid foundation in Medicine and clinical practice to support safe, effective, and evidence-based care. Effective Communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams, patients, families, and caregivers. Experience or interest in Pediatrics for working with children in school or clinical environments. Current state license (or eligibility for licensure) as an Occupational Therapist in Oregon. Completed accredited Occupational Therapy program; OT degree required. Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills in a clinical setting. Commitment to ethical practice, patient-centered care, and ongoing professional development. Compensation $69.00 an hour ($2,760 a week). For traveling candidates, up to $3,000 a week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
