Prodware Health is seeking an experienced Interim Clinical Manager – Infection Control for a 13-week contract assignment in Palm Springs, CA 92262.

The Interim Clinical Manager will provide leadership and oversight of the Infection Prevention and Control Program, ensuring compliance with CDC, CMS, NHSN, and accreditation standards. Responsibilities include infection surveillance, outbreak investigation, regulatory readiness, staff education, quality improvement initiatives, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient safety and clinical excellence.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Epidemiology, Microbiology, or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Active RN license preferred
• 5+ years of Infection Prevention experience in an acute care setting
• Leadership or management experience required
• Strong knowledge of NHSN reporting, CDC guidelines, and regulatory compliance
• CIC Certification preferred
