This role requires working with a diverse patient group, including those with chronic diseases and those requiring specialized geriatric care. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide care for patients with chronic diseases, CHF, COPD, DM, wounds, and more
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage non-titrating cardiac drips
• Administer wound care, including dressing changes
• Start IVs and manage blood product transfusions
• Float within the region if required, in accordance with regional needs

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certification
• 18 months of Med/Tele RN experience
• Ability to work within a team-oriented environment and provide quality patient care
