Senior Salesforce Administrator

ROLE OVERVIEW COMPENSATION: $90,000 - $110,000/annually in addition to a competitive bonus planThis is a unique opportunity for a senior Salesforce Administrator to join a newly created agile team that is building innovative solutions for our patients and providers. This position primarily focuses on Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud modules. This person will attend scrum ceremonies and develop technical solutions. They will participate in the implementation phases as well as the maintenance and development phases as our Salesforce strategy evolves. RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to ensure scope and requirements are properly defined Develop solutions that meet the scope and requirements while focusing on scalability and maintainability Readily share knowledge across the team SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 3+ years of experience working with the Salesforce Platform Experience working in an Agile environment following SDLC Experience in a Healthcare setting preferred Experience using GitHub as a version control system Experience with Copado is preferred Ability to collaborate on projects across stacks and blended teams Effectively communicate and understand project requirements Strong sense of ownership and ability to work cross functionally Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
