Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine functional abilities and therapeutic needs, whilst collaborating with the patient care team to create individualized care plans.
• Implement evidence-based treatment interventions, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide hands-on therapy sessions that may include hands-on techniques, electrotherapy, and therapeutic exercise, delivering care tailored to the patient's unique condition.
• Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on proper techniques for exercises, therapeutic equipment, and home health care strategies to facilitate continued recovery outside therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and report progress and any changes in condition to the relevant health care professionals.
• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss patient progress, share insights, and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
