Read below for more information!Perform TIG welding to assemble fabricated metal partsInterpret blueprints, prints, and work instructions to complete projects accuratelyPosition and weld components to meet required specificationsInspect finished welds for defects and quality standardsUse measuring tools, calipers, and precision instruments to verify accuracyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaAssist with training and supporting other welders as neededHigh school diploma or equivalentWelding certificate from a college or technical school and/or relevant welding experienceAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsStrong planning, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong manual dexterity and ability to safely use torches, hand tools, and power toolsAbility to lift up to 10 lbs continuously, up to 30 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs occasionallyAbility to stand for 8-12 hour shifts and perform bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling as neededEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
