You will work in a modern cleanroom environment performing production, assembly, inspection, molding, and material preparation tasks while ensuring products meet high-quality standards.Responsibilities:Operate molding and production equipment to manufacture medical-grade silicone and plastic componentsTrim, finish, and inspect products according to quality standardsPerform detailed visual inspections, including microscope workWeigh, mix, and prepare raw materials for productionComplete production documentation and quality recordsUse hand tools to perform precision manufacturing tasksMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow safety procedures, work instructions, and cleanroom protocolsWork closely with team members to meet production goalsWhat We're Looking ForNo prior manufacturing experience required. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
