Job Responsibilities: • Read and interpret route sheets, work instructions, and blueprints. • Apply adhesives and sealants using the proper tools and equipment. • Operate conveyor machinery to load and process panels. • Perform quality inspections according to IPC standards. • Enter, track, and move work orders using the Paradigm system. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. • Cross-train in multiple production areas and develop new skills. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. • Work toward becoming a Certified Operator.

Pay & Schedule: • $20.00 - $22.50 per hour • All shifts available • Weekly pay

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
